We LOVE this new farmhouse plan! The Suffolk has a unique elevation with brick and siding, not to mention an amazing front porch! Inside this four bedroom home has a layout we are excited for...two bedrooms and a guest bathroom will be right off the entry foyer and on the opposite side is the laundry area and an additional bedroom, perfect as either another bedroom or perhaps an office or multipurpose room! The living room is anchored by a corner fireplace adjacent to a large kitchen with tons of cabinet and counter-space, as well as a dining area with lots of natural light. The master bedroom is large and has an ensuite master bathroom with a tiled shower, garden tub and His/Her Vanities, before connecting to the master closet. Like all of our homes, the Suffolk has a covered back porch and attached two car garage.
