We offer a comprehensive warranty that covers the performance of all materials and installations, including both parts and labor, ensuring peace of mind and quality assurance for everything in your new home. The craftsmanship of your home is covered for 1 year and the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems have coverages for 2 years. Upon signing your new home contract, you will receive a warranty booklet that details the warranty including what is covered, as well as important homeowner maintenance tips.
We also purchase a ten year structural third party policy for you at closing. In the event that your home is sold within the ten year warranty period, this comprehensive warranty service is transferable to the new homeowners. It is our sincere hope that this additional coverage will provide you with peace of mind, knowing that we stand by you long after you purchase a Wyldewood home.
